ACTIOR does not collect personal information simply because you visit this website.

  • cookies.

Personal data is collected only when you choose to contact ACTIOR through the website.

When you submit the contact form, we may process:

  • your email address;
  • your organization, if provided;
  • your selected area of interest; and
  • the content of your message.

Technical information such as your IP address may also be processed temporarily for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Contact form

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to receive and review your enquiry, respond to you, communicate about the subject of your enquiry, and protect the contact service against spam and automated abuse.

Contact-form submissions are delivered to ACTIOR's designated email mailbox.

Your email address is used as the reply address so that ACTIOR can respond directly to your enquiry.

Legal basis

When you contact ACTIOR with a general enquiry, we process the information necessary to receive and respond to your communication on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with people and organizations interested in ACTIOR and its products.

Where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract, licensing arrangement or other commercial relationship, processing may also be necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep your information

General contact enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain the correspondence for longer.

If an enquiry develops into a contractual or commercial relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained for longer where necessary for contractual, accounting, legal or legitimate business purposes.

Security information used for rate limiting, duplicate detection and proof-of-work verification is temporary and is not maintained as a visitor profile.

ACTIOR does not use cookies on this website.

There is therefore no cookie banner or cookie-consent mechanism.

If the website's functionality changes in the future and cookies or comparable technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated accordingly.

ACTIOR does not currently use website analytics.
